The Jewell Apartments Board of Directors met Monday, Jan. 6, at City Hall.
Attending the meeting were Mayor Darrell Bohnert, council members, Josh Burks, Don ‑Delzeit, Derek Birdsell, Jacque Williams and Kristie Anderson, city clerk. Gaye Daniels and Bob Freeman were absent.
Williams submitted her report of occupancy and monthly correspondences. There are nine current residents. Williams mentioned getting an age waiver for 55 and up. Williams also said she is thinking of applying for a grant to replace older appliances.
