The C. E. Adams home constructed in Superior in 1886 was probably an attention getter when new and it was again this year when the current occupant, Austin Karnatz bathed it in Christmas lights.
The Superior Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors named Bob and Lavonda Sloan's yard at 415 Colorado as the December Yard of the Month. Their yard has consistantly been interestingly decorated for Christmas for many years. Above is a portion of the decorations displayed this year.
The Superior Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors selected Marc and Becky Caldwell's yard at 1375 N Kansas as the second place Superior December Yard of the Month. The blow up snowman in the front yard is taller than their house.
