Sadie Cornell , a five foot five inch senior, put the Superior Wildcats girls team in the spotlight this week, when she reached the 1,000 point scoring mark in her high school basketball career.
Saturday, she scored 20 points for the Lady Cats when they played Centennial in Superior. Regan Meyer, a 6'2" sophomore, scored 21. Maddie Bargen and Faith Butler both added seven points and Hallie Bargen added five. Rayne Biltoft added six points with two-three pointers in the fourth. They scored 57 points to Centennial's 43. To date, the Lady Cats are undefeated this season with a 6-0 record.
