Jewell County Health Dept. will offer healthy living classes

Losing weight and being active can reduce the risk by half. The classes use CDC approved curriculum and are taught by a certified instructor. Even though the classes are focused on diabetes prevention, a department spokesperson said everyone could benefit opening it up to any adult participant who is interested in lifestyle changes. If you are interested in more information, please contact the department and visit with Michelle Lindberg RN for details.
