There will be a presentation of four Quilts of Valor at 2 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 27, at the Nelson Community Center. Quilts of Valor are hand made quality quilts made to honor veterans. These four veterans were nominated by Barb Sole who will conduct the presentation of her handmade quilts.
The veterans are Mike Drexel, Randy Koehler, Dennis Melvin and Steve Troudt. Family and friends are welcome to attend. Pictures may be taken after the presentations and fellowship is encouraged!
