The regular meeting of the Mankato City Council was called to order by Mayor Justin Schoonover on Sept. 12. Councilmembers present were Kevin Ost, Stuart Boyles, George Hennion, Rodney Payne and Sam Becker. Also present was Anthony Roy, city administrator.
The city council and mayor reviewed a CMB license application from Hannah Pumphrey.
The motion failed 2 to 3.
