Apartments get new sign and benches

The Jewell Apartments Board of Directors met Monday Oct. 7, at City Hall.

Attending the meeting were Mayor Darrell Bohnert, council members, Josh Burks, Don Delzeit, Gaye Daniels, Derek Birdsell, Bob Freeman, Jacque Williams, and Kristie Anderson, city clerk.

Williams submitted her report of occupancy and monthly correspondences. There are eight current residents. Williams said they are still getting the apartments up to code from the HUD inspection. A couple of rooms had repairs done. She said the apartments have a new sign and a couple benches made by Bohnert Welding.

Bills were approved as presented.
