The Lawrence-Nelson High School football team dusted off the Deshler Dragons at Lawrence Friday and improved their record to 3-2 with the win.
Wyatt Frey completed 13 of 17 pass attempts for 174 yards and four touchdowns.
Kolten Menke snagged seven passes for 108 yards and two touchdowns. Aidan Zikmund landed four passes for 58 yards and a touchdown. Cody Brockman converted his lone five yard reception into a touchdown. Jack Williams had one reception for three yards.
Frey carried the ball 28 times for 268 yards and four touchdowns. Jack Williams took the ball 19 times for 46 yards and a touchdown. Ace Wulf had three carries for six yards. Zikmund was held to zero yardage on his three carries.
Williams accounted for seven solo tackles and two assisted tackles. Zikmund chipped in five solo and five assisted tackles. Wulf nailed three solo tackles and seven assisted tackles. Caleb Griffis added three solo tackles and three assisted tackles. Cooper Heikkinen landed three solo tackles and two assisted tackles. Cody Brockman listed three solo tackles and six assisted tackles. Menke had a solo tackle. Grahym Beck added two assisted tackles.
Wulf and Griffis recorded a sack apiece. Frey intercepted two passes with Brockman making one.
The Raiders host the Heartland Lutheran Knights at Lawrence Friday for the annual homecoming game. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m..
