The Rock Hills High School cross country team opened the 2024 season at the Tescott Invitational last Wednesday.
There were 16 teams entered in the vent.
The boys varsity team finished in fifth place.
Boys varsity runners were Tristyn Reynolds who finished in 19th place. Spencer Lindberg took 23rd place. Griffin Dunstan held 28th place. Kobi Bowers finished in 33rd place. Cruz Navarro took 39th place while Noah Eakins was in 40th place. Justin Luong and Kiplee Kussman did not compete.
The junior varsity boys team finished in third place. Nolan Grout was in 10th place. Blake Fultz held down 12th place. Owen Mizner locked up 16th place with Treyton Reynolds finishing in 19th place.
Chloe Rothchild was in fourth place and Alivia Rothchild was in fifth place in the junior varsity girls race.
The team travels to Washington today (Thursday) for the Washington County Invitational. The Grizzlies visit Wamego Saturday to compete at the Wamego Invitational.
