Jewell Apartments meeting

The Jewell Apartments Board of Directors met last Tuesday at City Hall.

Attending the meeting were Josh Burks, Don Delzeit, Gaye Daniels, Derek Birdsell, Bob Freeman, Jacque Williams and Kristie Anderson, city clerk. Darrell Bohnert was absent.

Williams submitted her report of occupancy and monthly correspondences. There are eight current residents. Williams said they are still getting the apartments up to code from the HUD inspection. She said a couple rooms need repairs done. Williams talked about taking out money from a CD. The board approved this.

Bills were approved as presented.
