Superior High School Homecoming 2024 Festivities

"Here We Go Again, Victorious"is the theme for Superior High School's 2024 homecoming week.

On Tuesday, the theme for the day was Toga Tuesday. A pep rally was held at 8:45 a.m. with a hula hoop race for class competition. Twenty students from each class competed.

The cross country meet was at 4 p.m. at the Superior Country Club.

Varsity volleyball was at Fillmore Central at 5 p.m.

Junior varsity football played at Lawrence-Nelson at 6 p.m.

Middle school football was at Lawrence-Nelson at 5 p.m.

Wednesday the theme of the day was Wedding Wednesday. Students wore all white (shirt or pants) or dressed in formal wear (suit, prom or wedding dress).

PAWS competitions were a Toga Wrap and Beach Ball Toss.

Today (Thursday) the theme is Beach. Students dress to look like they are going to the beach. If students chose, they could dress for Disco Day with sparkles and glitter.

The PAWS competition was a beach obstacle course.

The girls golf team vs. BDS at Hidden Hills in Geneva at 4 p.m.

Varsity volleyball plays Lawrence-Nelson at 6 p.m.

Friday, the theme is Wildcat Spirit. Everyone is to wear red, white and black. All three colors are needed on the outfits to be counted.

The parents' pep rally begins at 1:35 p.m. Announcement of Class Competition Winners and Spirit Stick Presentation will take place.

The Homecoming parade is at 3 p.m.

The football game is here against the Palmyra Panthers at 7 p.m.

Coronation of the king and queen will follow the football game.

The homecoming dance is from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. in the cafeteria. Doors will be locked at 11:30.  High School students only. Pizza and snacks will be provided in the cafeteria.
