Hastings Nebraska resident Janet K. (Cannon) Ranieri, 67, died on Dec. 30, 2023, at Perkins Pavilion Good Samaritan Society-Hastings, Nebraska.
A graveside service will be held at the Nelson Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday Aug. 24, with Pastor Joyce Dean officiating. There will be a luncheon following the service at the American Legion with family present.
Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home and Cremation Center has assisted the family.
Janet was born on Jan. 1, 1956, in Nelson Nebraska to Bluford and Roma (Kinnison) Cannon. She graduated from Nelson High School in 1974. Janet married Joe Ranieri on Dec. 31, 2001. Joe died on Nov. 23, 2015.
Survivors include her son, Trevor Cannon; daughter, Amie Blazio; grandson, Gabriel Cannon; granddaughter, Ayla Blazio; brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Michelle Cannon; nephews and spouses, Trent and Tracy Cannon and Zac and Trish Cannon; niece and spouse, Emily and Rob Brooks, and their families; numerous relatives and friends.
