Unless the weather changes the plans ground is to be broken this week on the fifth and final Montana Meadows Villa. Planning for the development began in the pre-covid days when the need for additional housing within Superior was identified. It will be at least the third Superior house in which construction has been started this year.
Two other houses are under construction on in-fill lots along Commercial Street where dilapidated houses had earlier been removed.
Each of the Montana Meadows Villas have two bedrooms and two baths on the floor and a fully furnished walkout basement with two bedrooms and on bath, plus two large storage rooms. The custom cabinets are rustic hickory throughout and the large double garage is fully insulated.
This last villa is scheduled for completion in the Spring of 2025.
The fourth villa which is located at 1440 Montana Street is nearing completion. A public open house will be advertised and held near the end of September. Each villa offers a beautiful pasture view from a balcony.
The villas are located on the east side of Montana Street and south of the Fifteenth Street intersection.
