The owners of the Nuckolls County Locomotive-Gazette want to publish a newspaper that suits the newspaper’s subscribers. We need to know what you want from your local newspaper, what you like about your local newspaper and what you don’t like. It is possible to change somethings and somethings like the post office delivery timing is out of our control.
And we need your help in securing content for the newspaper. We don’t want to fill the pages with stories our readers are not interested in. Regardless of how large a staff we might have, it is impossible to be everywhere all the time. But you, our readers are and with the cell phones most of you have, you can take excellent pictures and have them in an instant for emailing to the newspaper. You don’t have to write a prize winning story but you can send us the facts and we will try to write at least a passing story. Remember to include the 5 W’s of who, what, when, where and why. If there are people in the picture we like to have their names.
