Susan Mary Kimminau, 71, of Beloit, Kansas, died on July 23, 2024. She was the youngest of 11, born on July 12, 1953, to William Joseph and Loretta Catherine (Weingardt) Kimminau.
She attended a country school in Jewell County. She lived the majority of her life with her parents on the family farm. In 2000, she moved to Beloit, where she resided with her brother, David.
She was a member of the Saint John's Catholic Church in Beloit, Kansas. Susan was a genuinely happy person that enjoyed life. She liked watching game shows on TV and playing cards, especially Kings in the Corner.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents, William and Catherine; siblings Victor Kimminau, Urban Kimminau, Patricia Flageolle, Julia Hyde and David Kimminau.
She is survived by siblings, Ferdinand Kimminau (Vi), Albert Kimminau, Ralph Kimminau (Lorena), Stanley Kimminau and Kenneth Kimminau; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial was at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 26, 2024, at St. John's Catholic Church in Beloit. Father Jarett Konrade officiated with Deacon Albert Kimminau assisting. Visitation was at 9:30 a.m. and a vigil service with rosary was at 10 a.m. Memorials may be made to Hilltop Lodge of Beloit, Kansas.
