The Superior High School golf team competed at the 18-hole Bob Bohrer Invitational match at the Red Cloud Golf Course last Thursday.
Superior finished in 10th place, with 438 strokes, in the 14 team field of Doniphan-Trumbull, Sandy Creek, Red Cloud, Deshler, Hastings St. Cecilia, Gibbon, Exeter-Milligan-Friend. Lawrence-Nelson, Silver Lake, Bruning-Davenport-Shickley, Franklin, Heartland Lutheran and Blue Hill.
Colten Butler led the Wildcats with his round of 91. He was in 12th place in the individual medalist list.
Carsyn Koening recorded a round of 104. Cooper Ehlers was in with a round of 113. Brayden Wulf contributed a round of 129. Ayron grass man had a round of 131. The four lowest rounds comprise the team score.
Superior traveled to Clay Center Tuesday to play in the Sandy Creek Invitational at the Crooked Creek Country Club course. Results were unavailable at press time.
The Superior Invitational has been rescheduled to Monday at the Superior Country Club. Inclement weather caused the reschedule.
The Wildcats compete at the Blue Hill Invitational being played over the Red Cloud Gold Course Tuesday.
