SHS boys fall to Fairbury Jeffs

The Superior Wildcats were defeated 33 to 63 by Fairbury in varsity boy's basketball played last Tuesday in Superior. Fairbury had more rebounds with 27 over 15 and more assists - 15 to Superior's 8. They also had more steals at 9 over the Wildcats' 4. Both teams had the same amount of successful blocks at two a piece. FG percentage for Superior was 38 percent while Fairbury's was 48 percent. Three-point shots were 25 percent and 37 percent by Superior and Fairbury respectively. However, the Wildcats made 62 percent of their free throws while Fairbury made 47 percent.
