The Mankato "Nothin' Fancy" bakery ladies in have decorated their home as pretty as some of their cookies and cakes.
The Higer house like many others is ready for the holiday season.
This year, the PEO Chapter CN is doing a Christmas Home Tour in Mankato. The money raised from ticket sales will help support different Chapter CN projects and different scholarship opportunities. The home tours take place from 2 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 10, Tickets for the tour can be bought ahead of time at the Buffalo Roam Steakhouse or Possibilities downtown. The day of, tickets can be purchased at the door of any of the homes on the tour. The tour destinations are:

• Jerry and Pat Grout Home, 1526 165 Rd, Mankato
• Mike and Suzanne Eckhardt Home
308 N. Commercial St., Mankato
• Michael and Phyllis Liggett She Shed, 203 E. North St., Mankato
• Kelly Stafford and Jamie Potts Home, 302 N. Commercial St., Mankato
There will be a variety of snacks and drinks available at each home. This is a great opportunity to see some beautifully decorated homes and be a part of the Christmas spirit. The hosts and PEO Chapter CN members look forward to seeing you and spreading the Christmas cheer!
