School rumors lack substance

Jennifer Cady, the Superior Schools secondary principal, apparently has been absent from school in recent days and rumors about her absence have been flying. One of those rumors indicated she was on suspension and may have been fired.

The Express contacted John Whetzal, the district’s superintendent of schools, to inquire about the rumors.

We received the following reply, “None of them are true, but unfortunately, I cannot comment on anything regarding personnel matters. It is nothing egregious and nothing that placed any student in danger.”
