Keith Roe, Jewell County Republican chairman, has scheduled the meeting to fill the remaining one year of the county attorney term at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 29, in the Jewell County Courthouse Meeting Room.
Alexandria Pierce, Jewell County county attorney, has resigned effective Jan. 1, 2024.
The vacancy will be filled in the routine manner prescribed by statute by the four current GOP precinct officers: Keith Roe, Sara C. Reiter, Mary Reiter and Fred Eilert.
