The Rock Hills High School cross country runners competed at the Beloit Invitational Thursday.
The varsity boys team finished in eighth place, with 185 points, in the nine team field of Other teams at the meet were Smokey Valley Home Educators, Bennington, Abilene, Minneapolis. St. John’s, Smith Center, Sacred Heart and Superior.
Tristyn Reynolds was in 33rd place in the varsity boys 4K race with his time of 15:54.1 Spencer Lindberg was in 35th place with his time of 15:56.4. Kobi Bowers held 38th place with his time of 16:15.2. Cruz Navarro was in 72nd place in the 7 9 runner field with his time of 19:39.
Hannah Simmelink secured 29th place in the girls 4K varsity race with her time of 19:13.9. There were 67 runners in the field.
Treyton Reynolds was in 23rd place in the junior varsity 4K with his time of 22.26.7. There were 23 runners in the field.
Chloe Rothchild held 11th place in the junior varsity girls 4K with her time of 27:19.4. There were 12 runners in the field.
The runners compete at the Lincoln Invitational today (Thursday).
