Signs of fall surround us. The turkeys are gathering. Fall harvest has begun. The cicadas have been singing for several weeks. A few gold leaves can be seen in the top of the cottonwood trees. Deer are more commonly seen in groups on the country roads. Most likely these turkeys live along Lost Creek, perhaps within the Superior City Limits. Above they search for tasty insect morsels in Kelli Koepke's yard at 102 East 12th Street, Superior.
