STEM Classes began Monday at Mankato

Summer Learning Opportunities began Monday at the Rock Hills schools.

The classes are led by Kansas State University professors via Zoom. The hands-on activities are facilitated by science teachers from Rock Hills. Each week starts a new week of hands-on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) activities.

Students may attend any or all days of the sessions. These sessions are available for any students who were in grades 6 through 8 during the last school year. There is no cost for these sessions. The sessions are from 9 to 12 each day.
