The Lawrence-Nelson High School boys placed first at the Deshler Twilight Triangular track meet last Thursday. The Lawrence-Nelson boys and girls track and field teams opened the 2023 season at the Deshler Twilight triangular meet Thursday. Meridian was the third school at the meet.
The girls team finished in third place with 60 points. The boys were in first place with 159 points.
Hanna Skinner finished in fifth place in the girls 200 meter dash with her time of 31.85 seconds.
Addi McCloskey earned the third place points in the 800 meter run with her time of 3:09.11.
Jessica Sole was in first place in the 1600 meter run with her time of 7:02.85.
