Wrestlers compete at Fillmore Central Invite

The Superior High School girls and boys girls team wrestlers competed at the Fillmore Center Invitational at Geneva, Friday.

The boys team finished in eighth place, with 65 points, in the 16 team field. The girls finished in 11th place, with 26 points, in the 15 team field.

Holden McDaniel finished in third place in the 120 pound weight bracket. He earned 14 team points.

Hayden Neeman took third place at the 132 pound mark and earned 12 team points. Cole Laaker finished in 13th place in the 132 pound weight class.

Cooper Sheely placed 15th in the `38 pound weight bracket.

Aaron Allgood took fifth place in the 152 pound weight bracket. He earned 12 points. Cooper Ehlers took 11th place.

Kyler Boyles earned 13 team points with his fourth place finish in the `60 pound weight bracket.

David Hodges was in 10th place in the 170 pound weight bracket.

Christian Osweiller picked up eight team points with his sixth place finish at 220 pounds.

Henry Griljava earned six team points with his sixth place finish in the 285 pound weight bracket.

Cheyenne Stacy earned 11 team points with her fourth place showing in the 110 pound weight bracket.

Carlee Hinz took third place honors and 15 team points at the 145 pound weight limit.

The Superior wrestling team returns to action Saturday when they compete at the Franklin Invitational at Franklin.
