Judge sends drunk driver to prison for nearly 40 years

Four days shy of a year ago, a teenager from Superior and another teenager lost their lives when a drunk driver blew his vehicle through a stop sign and collided with the vehicle they were riding in. Monday that drunk driver was sentenced to spend nearly 4 decades in a Nebraska prison.

The accident happened on the outskirts of Hastings in the early morning hours of Dec. 12, 2021.
