Lack of witness stalls investigation

A stabbing may have taken place in the parking lot of the Superior Dollar General store Friday. Apparently an altercation among members of a crew resetting the store led to the alleged stabbing. No charges were filed as a result of the incident. The Superior Police Department was unable to obtain the cooperation of any witnesses to aid the investigation.

A bicycle theft had a happy ending. A vintage bicycle was removed from the back porch of a Superior resident.The disappearance was reported on social media. A sharp eyed resident discovered the missing bicycle in a yard and she called and informed the victim where the missing two-wheeled vehicle was located. A reunification was soon effected.
