Candy Cane Lane needs volunteers

Volunteers working with Candy Cane Lane have started preparing Lincoln Park for the annual Christmas holiday display of lights but the display has grown so large the committee needs more volunteers to help with the annual display which draws visitors to Superior from a wide area.

Tis the season for special dining out opportunities. On Sunday the Superior Volunteer Fire Department offered meal at the fire hall. On Monday the Superior Chamber of Commerce sponsored a meal at the Fourth Street Park. And this issue of The Express has several ads telling about upcoming opportunities. If you have time to help, you don’t need an invitation. Just show up at Lincoln Park between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. any day between Nov. 1 and Nov. 25.
