What started as an internet only business is opening a brick and mortar store location. Grand opening hours on Saturday will be from 10 to 4. The Five Blessings Boutique is located at 117 West Third Street, Superior.
In mid-summer, Chelsea Kramp's growing business relocated from the proprietor's home to the downtown location. But as sales were limited to the internet, most area residents were unaware of its presence. But that is changing. In late fall the business logo was placed on the shop's front glass. And now the business is ready to open for walk-in customers.
Hours will be a bit unpredictable as the owner has a full-time job as an accounts payable specialist for Thayer County Health Services at Hebron and also must schedule around her children's activities. She plans to post the boutique's hours for the coming week each Sunday on the Five Blessings' Boutique Facebook page.
On her website, she wrote, "Welcome to Five Blessings Boutique. I am Chelsea and I am just a small town girl from Nebraska. I am married with four children (the reason behind my boutique's name) who are my constant motivation in life! If there is one thing I love to do, it's shopping. I am an entrepreneur at heart. Put those two things together and that is how Five Blessings Boutique was created.
"My biggest desire is to make all women feel beautiful just the way they are. You will find clothes for all sizes here. If I can help you feel good in your own skin, then that is the biggest reward I could ever receive from owning this business."
The boutique offers clothing and accessories for men, women (including plus sizes) and children.
Chelsea has an associate's degree in business administration with emphasis on office management. She hopes to make shopping at her boutique, either on-line or in person, a fun experience.
