Jerry Divel

Jerry Norman Divel was born to Doris (Jarvis) and Rex Divel on July 10, 1947. He died Jan. 8, 2022.

Jerry was raised on the family farm south of Jewell. He graduated from Jewell High School in 1965.

Jerry leaves four children: Leith (Amy) Divel, Todd (Shanda) Divel, Zachary Divel, and Molly (Cole) Brown. He also leaves grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

He was predeceased by his parents; two brothers, Gary Divel and Leon Divel; and his sister, Judy Burchett.

Cremation is planned and services will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are being made by Roberts Family Funeral Service, Beloit, Kan. Interment will be in the Jewell County Cemetery, Jewell, Kan. Memorials can be sent to Roberts Family Funeral Service for a family expense fund.
