To comply with COVID isolation rules, the Jewell County newspaper office remains closed this week. This is the second week we have complied with isolation rules and at this time are not able to project a date when the office will reopen.
Telephone calls are being answered and emails processed. Mail is being gathered from the box at the Mankato post office but not on a daily basis.
The Superior office remains open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 to 12 on Saturday.
Mail for the Jewell County newspapers may be sent to the Superior office but for most mailers it may take several days to be delivered.
Fax messages for the Mankato office should be directed to 402-879-3463. Phone calls for the Superior office should be placed with 402-879-3291. Calls to 785-378-3191 are being forwarded to the home of a Mankato staff member.
The email address of jcr@nckcn. com continues to work.
