Gilbert J. Buescher, 97, Lawrence, Neb., died Saturday, Oct. 9, 2021, at Perkins Pavilion-Good Samaritan Society-Hastings Village, Hastings, Neb. Rosary was at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 13, and Mass was at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 13, both at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Lawrence, Neb., with Father Corey Harrison officiating. Burial was in St. Stephen Catholic Cemetery, Lawrence. There was no viewing or visitation as his wishes were to be cremated. Memorials can be directed to the church.
