SHHD COVID report improves

With COVID-19 vaccinations continuing, area residents seem to be relaxing and returning to their old habits and activities but the New York Times warned on Saturday that infections are plateauing at a troubling level as variants spread.

By Saturday, officials in at least 20 states had committed to opening cornavirus vaccine appointments to all adults in March or April. Neither Kansas nor Nebraska were included in the list of states.
