Robert Dankemeyer, 60, is apparently headed to federal court.
Last June, he was arrested and accused of using a gun to threaten people outside of a bar. After the arrest, officers with the Thayer County Sheriff’s office searched his home and automobile and allegedly found one pound of meth, drug paraphernalia and drug manufacturing tools, at least nine guns, explosive materials and an armor vest.
He has now been charged in federal district with intent to distribute meth and being a felon in possession of a firearm. If convicted he could face life in prison....
