Todd Keifer earns Eagle Scout award

The Eagle Scout Board of Review approved new Eagle Scout Todd Keifer.

Todd's Eagle Scout project was placing and insulating a ceiling in the Scout cabin at the Lincoln Park in Superior. He earned 39 merit badges on his journey to becoming an Eagle Scout.
