Dog run in Lincoln Park to be removed

According to Scott Butler, Superior Parks supervisor, the Lincoln Park dog run will be removed in the near future.

Years ago, the dog run was thought to be a good idea for dogs and dog owners to share time in Lincoln Park - a time for fresh air and exercise for both dogs and owners. Now the dog run is overcome the odor of dog waste and not for fun and exercise. It’s a bug infested mess and a health hazard.

For the health and safety of park visitors, the dog run will be removed in the near future.
