As you travel through Mankato, have you searched for somewhere to satisfy your hunger? North of Highway 36, at 119 E. Jefferson is a little restaurant, Bob's of Mankato. From Mexican food to American food, George Hennion, his business partner Hector Garcia, and their staff welcome their customers.
Bob's is open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and 5 to 8:30 or 9p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. Hennion said if there are still customers in the restaurant, he will stay open to accommodate them.
