Richelle Perez wanted to move closer to home. She was living in Sioux City, Iowa, working at Central Bank, when she saw an opening for Superior's Community Action Coordinator. It was just the job she was looking for.
Superior is close to her hometown, Beloit, where she grew up and graduated from Beloit High School in 2011. Her parents are Tony and Stacy Perez. Richelle's father is the sheriff of Mitchell County and her mother is a receptionist at Beloit Schools. She is the oldest of six children. Richelle has a two-year-old son, Rogun, who keeps her busy.
