Brodstone adds Telehealth option

Brodstone is now offering Telehealth to our patients. Telehealth provides patients access to their providers for a visit from the comfort and safety of their home via smartphone, tablet or computer.

This service will help people who need routine care and keep vulnerable patients and patients with mild symptoms in their homes while maintaining access to the care they need. Limiting community spread of the virus, as well as limiting the exposure to other patients and staff members will slow viral spread.

To schedule a Telehealth appointment or discuss your options with your provider at Superior Family Medical Center, Nelson Family Medical Center or Edgar Medical Clinic, call (402) 879-4781 for Superior-Nelson and (402) 224-3344 for Edgar.

Brodstone Rehabilitation Services is continuing to see patients on an outpatient basis while maintaining a safe environment. This includes physical, occupational and speech therapy. Access is now available to secure audio/visual platforms if telehealth is a better avenue for providers to connect with patients. Call 402-879-4432 Ext:5120 to develop a plan to meet your needs without putting your safety at risk. One on one initial phone consultations with a provider will help Brodstone understand your needs and determine the best way to address concerns.

It is okay to feel unsure or concerned during this unknown time. If you or someone you know is struggling or has questions please call the Thrive Center (Mental Health) at 402-207-1542 so they can help provide you the resources available to best fit your needs and further address your concerns.

If you haven’t signed up for Brodstone’s new Patient Portal, now is a great time to do so. The portal is a great way to message your healthcare provider, look at previous lab results or check upcoming appointment dates and times without leaving your home. This is also the way that a patient can request an e-visit with a provider. You can sign up for the Portal through Brodstone’s website, email patient [email protected] or by calling 402-207-1522.
