Wanda Reynolds

Wanda Ailene Reynolds, 88, was born on Sept. 14, 1931, in the ruralcommunity of Lovewell, Kan. She was the daughter of Fred Eugene and

Minnie Myrtle (Miller) Allen. Wanda attended grade school in Formoso, until the eighth grade. She attended Belleville High School and graduated with the Class of 1949. Except for two years in Salina, Wanda lived most of her adult life in Denver, Colo. She became a legal secretary of an oil and gas company. Most of her work was with their leasing of mineral rights. In her spare time she was involved with several community services, especially for the elderly.

In 2002, she moved back to the Belleville area where her family originated. She had an apartment in Clyde, Kan., for several years and when her health began to fail, she moved to the Park Villa Home in Clyde. Wanda died March 28, at the Park Villa Nursing home. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Ray Allen, and her sister, Treva. She is survived a several nieces, nephews and cousins. A family graveside service and burial was held at White Rock Cemetery, rural Courtland, March 30.
