The Rock Hills High School girls basketball team bowed out of 1A regional play with a 45-30 loss to Logan, at Mankato, last Tuesday.
It was a closely played game over the first two quarters. The Grizzlies trailed by one point, 20-19, at the half. They were unable to sustain their momentum over the remaining two quarters and went on to take the 45-30 loss.
The team finished the season with a 7-13 record. It was a big improvement over the previous season with its one win and bodes well for the future as the underclassmen learned how to win. It was the final game for seniors Katie Reinert, Sara Tadefa and Kaylee Bozeman.
