Not one, not two, not three, but FOUR!

Fort Hays State University graduate student, Michael Saint, has earned his fourth national championship ring competing with the university's Shooting Club and Team. He is the son of Curtis and Annette Saint of rural Jewell.

Saint, a 2014 graduate of Rock Hills High School, earned a bachelor's of science degree in business administration from Fort Hays State University in 2018. Currently he is in the university's master of business administration program.

As a member of the FHSU Shotgun Club and Shooting Team, Saint has participated in skeet, sporting clays and trap shooting events. The team competes in both SCTP (Scholastic Clay Target Program) and ACUI (Association of College Unions International) competitions. Because there are two programs, there are two seasons and two national championships each year.

Saint's rings are from the 2016, 2018 and 2019 SCTP National Championships and the 2019 ACUI National Championship. Next up is the 2020 ACUI Collegiate Clay Target Championships to be held on March 23 through 28 at the National Shooting Complex in San Antonio, Texas.
