Town hall meeting to consider attitude survey results

In late summer, residents of Superior were asked to respond to an internet based attitude survey conducted by the South Central Economic Development District. The responses have been compiled and a district representative will present the report at a town hall meeting planned for the Vestey Center one week from today (Thursday, Jan. 23). Refreshments will be available at 5:30 with the presentation starting at 6 p.m.

Following the attitude survey report, there will be a question answer session with regard to the special election that will seek a 15-year extension of the current sales tax authorization and an increase in the rate from 1 to 1.5 percent.
