    Donald C. Johnson, 90, the son of Ruben and Ruth (Lervold) Johnson, was born Oct. 9, 1930, in Buffalo, Kan., and died Dec. 26, 2020, at Jewell County Hospital, Mankato. Don moved with his family at an early age to Scandia, Kan., where he grew up and attended the local public schools, graduating from Scandia High School. Following his graduation, he served with the United States Army from 1951 until 1953, serving in Korea. He later served with the US Army Reserves until his honorable discharge in 1957. Lucile was a graduate of Jewell High School. On Jan. 25, 1941, she married Stanley Ozmun. To this union four children were born, Gail, Iris, Ralph and Carole.     The inurnment for Myrtle Nelson Roe was held at 3 p.m., Sunday at the Olive Hill Cemetery. She died Oct. 17, 2020, at Hilltop Lodge in Beloit. Myrtle was the widow of the late Jack Roe. She had lived in Stafford and Glen Elder but lived many years in the Olive Hill and Mankato communities.
