    Neal Jennings, the son of Mabel (Gouldie) and Harold Jennings, was born Aug. 31, 1946, at Lebanon, Kan. He died Monday, Aug. 24, 2020, at the Smith Center Health and Rehab Center, Smith Center, Kan., at the age of 73. Neal graduated from the Lebanon High School with the class of 1964. He served with the United States Army 9th infantry and was a Vietnam War veteran.     Vernon Paul Yung, 62, was born Jan. 4, 1958, in Superior, to Russell and Hilda (Keller) Yung and died at his residence Aug. 12, 2020. Vernon lived on the family farm in rural Guide Rock until six years old. He then moved to Martin Luther Home Society in Beatrice where he received special school and training for life skills. At 18, Vernon moved to Hastings and resided there the rest of his life.
