Area residents are showing considerable interest in Superior’s first city-wide garage sale event of 2022. While the sale date is advertised as the fourth Saturday of April, it isn’t uncommon for the advertisers to conduct their sales on more than one day. The event is organized by the newspaper and those holding sales are encouraged to register their sale with the newspaper. The Lawrence Community Club is sponsoring an Easter Egg Hunt starting at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Veterans Memorial Park. It is open to youngsters in the fifth grade and below. It you want to hold a private Easter egg hunt at your home in either Superior or Nelson, the Superior High School students studying Spanish are willing to help.
