    Bernard Oscar Betten, 97, of Hebron, Neb., the son of William and Lydia (Guelker) Betten was born Nov. 12, 1923, in Martell, Neb. He died Saturday, at Blue Valley Lutheran Home in Hebron. Bernard grew up in Ruskin, attending school and graduating from Ruskin High School with the Class of 1941.     Ervin Cord Christoph Lunzmann, 92, the son of Gustav and Ella (Asche) Lunzmann, was born April 23, 1928, on a farm northwest of Byron. He died last Wednesday, at Parkview Haven Nursing Home in Deshler. He went through the eighth grade at the Moran Country School. Ervin was united in marriage to Helen Brockmann on Aug. 11, 1963, at St. John Lutheran Church in Chester, by Pastor J. Leige.
