The only child of Reeve and Dorothy Foster Hawkins, Max was born March 26, 1931, at St. Joseph Hospital in Concordia, Kansas. David Allen Scripter, age 67, died at Via Christi Hospital in Manhattan, Kansas, on Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2023. He was born to Richard and Dorothy (Bemis) Scripter on June 17, 1956, in Salina, Kansas.
