He was born Arthur Alvin Lange on Nov. 1, 1919, in the Deer Creek community in Marshall County, Kan., to Paul and Jessie (McNabb) Lange. Kenneth “Kenny” Wayne Jensby, son of Leslie and Leona (Harling) Jensby, was born March 8, 1930, two miles north of Cadams, Ñeb. He died July 28, 2020, at his rural Hardy home, surrounded by his family at the age of 90. Kenny was baptized as a child at the Presbyterian Church in Nelson and confirmed into the Catholic faith in Superior, in 1950, prior to his marriage to Shirley Carlson on July 12.
