Kenneth L. Hurley, 75, was born Aug. 24, 1945, in Concordia. He died May 27, 2021. He went to school in Republic, and later attended Fort Hays State. Ken got excited every year in December about going to Fonner Park in Grand Island to start training horses. This was something he wanted to do since he was a small child.
